Blackwater Mineral was founded by a group of folks who knew the mineral market inside and out — because we’ve lived it for decades. From oil rigs in Texas to natural gas fields in Pennsylvania and mineral deposits across the Midwest, each of us spent years working in the field, seeing firsthand how deals were made (and too often, how landowners were left in the dark).

Over time, we realized there was a better way. We believed landowners deserved more than confusing paperwork and fast-talk pitches. They deserved transparency, fair offers, and a company that treats them like partners — not just numbers on a ledger.

So we came together and started Blackwater Mineral with one mission: to offer honest, straightforward deals to everyday people across the country. Whether it’s oil, gas, or other minerals, we work nationwide, making the process simple and ensuring every landowner feels respected and informed every step of the way.
